The HR Partners Graduate Trainee Recruitment Programme is for exceptionally talented, like-minded and well grounded individuals to join us as Associates. We provide the support and development opportunities for our Associates to progress their careers in a driven and commercial environment, equipping them with the tools and 'know-how' they need to become successful recruitment consultants.

What We Offer

An organic and evolving programme that takes Associates through all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle with a blend of external, formal and on the job training. Associates are never thrown in at the deep end. They are assigned experienced consultants as mentors right from the start who are there for advice, support and to bring out an individual's full potential.

The graduate programme initially focuses on meeting and assessing candidates and progresses to client visits with other team members where valuable insights are gained into what clients need.

Throughout the programme, Associates are shown best practice recruitment skills in a supportive, upbeat, learning environment and early on are encouraged to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
