<ved:jobdesc>&lt;p&gt;A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Health, Safety &amp;amp; Wellbeing Consultant to join one of Victoria's premier medium sized services organization's as they experience a period of rapid growth. This specialist position is focused on the delivery of OH&amp;amp;S training and consulting services to a diverse range of key clients. This varied role will require a true &quot;hands on&quot; individual with the ability to be the key subject matter expert. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Reporting to the Team Leader - Health, Safety &amp;amp; Wellbeing, the role will be predominately geared towards consulting on complex health and safety legislation, standards and industry practice as well as encompassing the development and delivery of health and safety training packages and information sessions. &lt;br&gt; Key accountabilities include:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Interpret, support and advise key clients on relevant OH&amp;amp;S matters. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Conduct investigations, liaise with key clients and coordinate interventions by regulatory bodies. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Consult on the development of policies, supporting tools and implementation plans to reflect current and new legislation. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop and facilitate training and education sessions. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;br&gt; A demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and current systems will be key to your success in this role. This role, reporting to the head of OD, and working hand in hand with broader HR team and the business, will be crucial in educating and supporting the business in best practise change management.  The intent is for this role to be a driver and supporter of change across the organisation, and in turn will impact the business&amp;rsquo;s ability to perform and deliver on their goals and promises.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong understanding and experience in best practice Change Management &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Education of the business in what effective Change Management is &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Managing change projects &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Working collaboratively to develop change strategies &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Roll out of change management tool kit &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Participate in Coaching conversations about Change &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Supporting different levels of change (individual, team, group) &lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Work closely with the broader HR function &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;You will use your own depth of knowledge of OD and Change, having worked in a similar large and complex organisation.
