As a key member of the Australia and Asian HR team reporting to the Employee Communications Manager you will be consulting and working with the senior management with the primary objective of instilling enthusiasm amongst the people of the business for the achievement of the organisation's goals.

In this key role you will be enhancing existing communication offerings for stakeholders and establishing sound working relationships. Through your sound and excellent communication skills you will work closely with members of the HR and Internal Communication functions to help to develop, advise and implement sound employee communication strategies, initiatives, activities and supporting materials to the stakeholder groups to ensure consistent, appropriate messages to all.

As part of your role your will be required to include the following key activities, among others, into your routine:

  • Development and implementation of corporate documents -research, write, edit and coordinate
  • Management of the company wide intranet site in regards to the communication aspect
  • Management of employee publications, HR Policies and Procedures
  • Support the enhancement of the Business communication performance
  • Assist with the development and implementation of communication tools and training
  • Encouragement and facilitation of open consultation with the key stakeholders to implement sound and innovative communication plans, processes and events

Your innovative and creative thinking will enable you to in a clear and concise language communicate your desire and ability to triumph in this role. With a proven track record in HR, employee projects and communications within a similar industry sector, you present with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to influence and engage stakeholders. In addition, your ability to effectively project manage a variety of conflicting priorities is imperative in order to maximize your time. You will work well in a team environment and take pride in delivering work to deadlines.

Further elements to your victory include but are not limited to a tertiary qualification in communication/HR or a related field; proven ability in the management of stakeholders and a demonstrated ability with project management, planning and scheduling within a similar role.
