This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Human Resources Consultant in which you will be assisting to deliver the People Strategy Development - Strategy and Implementation Plan by working closely with the Manager of People Strategy Development. In this role your planning and organising expertise along with your persistent improvement orientation will see you working with staff across the entire company and beyond to source and engage staff, manage and report HR information. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically with a high level of recruitment and selection, HRIS knowledge, advanced Excel and problem solving skills. Demonstrated experience in a similar role and qualifications in Bachelor of Business (HR), Bachelor of Arts (Psych) or equivalent are essential.
