Our client is a global management consultancy with which operates in a niche and highly lucrative market sector. Since its inception the organisation has grown steadily but demands for their services has led to a period of unprecedented expansion. As part of a recently updated management structure, the Head of Recruiting is a newly created position that is key to the future plans of the business. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will have complete global visibility of all upcoming projects to allow you to accurately predict future manpower plans. Part of the role will be to formalise and develop existing recruitment practice; coaching and managing the existing team to reflect your standards. Other projects include using the consultancy’s outstanding reputation to build a professional EVP that will be consistently communicated. To be successful in securing this role you will be a senior in house recruitment specialist, ideally with exposure to professional services businesses. You will have international experience, ideally including the Americas, where you operated at a strategic level.
