Our client is an established and respected brand that is a leader in its field. Due to its growth this new role is added to its already comprehensive HR offering. As part of the HR team the role will work with other specialists as a point of contact for significant ER issues. Your advice will sometimes be filtered through HRBP’s but in other instances you will interface directly with the business. You will specifically provide advice on a range of awards, agreements and legislative matters using your current and expert industrial relations knowledge. In addition the role will also act as change champion within the organisation, driving improvements in areas such as performance management, capability development and succession planning. To be successful in securing this role you will be an established ER specialist or an HR generalist with a ER bent.
