Our client has on offer in the arena of Organisational Development a short term contract to finish in December this year. You will be able to let your skills shine in this position where you will help lead, mentor and support a professional team in relation to all generalist HR functions. As a high-performing and motivated professional you will provide specialist consultancy advice and initiate, develop and implement organisational development initiatives across the business. As a crucial member of the HR team you will be responsible for (among other things): - Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Prepare reports for Senior Management team
- Provide advice and assistance to management and staff
- Manage the implementation of projects
- Ability to communicate and consult with key stakeholders and external providers
- Ability to deliver training and information sessions
You will have proven significant experience in HR Organisational Development Consulting and have a strong ability to lead, advise and mentor within a team environment. Current knowledge of HR trends, strong project management, organizational, analytical and conflict resolution skills are a must in this role.
