Senior In-House Resourcing Manager - Employment Branding, Projects and Processes

With a large project element intrinsic to the remit, this position will see you taking accountability for all recruitment processes for a national portfolio of employees. Reporting to the Head of Talent you will be responsible for both the centralised recruitment function and the implementation of innovative recruitment programs and sourcing strategies. You will also provide recruitment advice to managers and support the hiring process for all levels of hire, including senior, strategic hires.

One of the main deliverables in this position will be to project manage the implementation of an internal recruitment process and specifically a 'recruitment toolkit' which will be standard across the company on both an internal and external basis. Other key projects this role will be accountable for are leading the new employee branding campaign, improving the internal job communications and referral systems, being part of a project team to redesign the website and to create and champion a social networking recruitment strategy across the business. You will also be involved with third party suppliers, review the recruitment systems across all business areas and undertake many other ad hoc projects as required.

To ensure your success, you will have strong project management, organisational and influencing skills in addition to impressive time management capability. You will have a high level of business acumen coupled with a highly energetic and diplomatic working style. You will have gained a good level of stakeholder management experience in your previous roles and be extremely capable of learning new skills whilst working in a high achieving environment. In addition you will be able to create new and innovative ways to attract candidates in an extremely niche market. You will have ideally worked in a large organisation which has a complex reporting structure and have a strong resourcing background. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a high profile position within a commercial and progressive environment.
