An exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Human Resources Generalist to support and partner the People Strategy and Development team has become available to work on a part-time basis 3 days per week. Due to a restructure, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Generalist to join the HR team on a part time basis. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your mandate will be to provide best practice HR generalist support and advice to all staff across the business. You will be assisting in the day-to-day operational HR needs pertaining to Recruitment, monitoring the effectiveness of HR information systems and HR policies and procedures, HR reporting , Performance Management, wellbeing , Change Management and Communications and Projects as they arise. Ideally you will thrive on juggling a wide range of responsibilities utilising your strong people and time management skills to all aspects of Human Resources. Your personal attributes will include excellent relationship building, negotiating and influencing skills combined with a strong service ethic, resilience and organisational ability. To succeed in this role you will posses the appropriate qualifications and have significant HR experience within the above mentioned areas and be able to demonstrate strong consultation, interpersonal and communication skills.
