Anita Vaughan is back with energy and passion, having recently returned from maternity leave. With 12 years on the ground experience in both HR and Recruitment functions within commercial organisations, she has developed her ability to see, question and identify key distinctions that create great business and personal outcomes for both parties. Andrew Paatsch - Consultant


Andrew is a dedicated and forward thinking recruitment professional with many years of experience in both the Australian and European markets, having spent two and half years working in London. Andrew has the ability to draw upon his exposure to a number of different industries and markets, think outside the box and deliver innovative staffing solutions that regularly exceed clients’ expectations. He uses tried and tested recruitment processes which he has honed over his years as a professional recruiter. Andrew is currently specialising in the placement of permanent roles for senior HR professionals.

Roger Joseph - Consultant


Roger is an experienced consultant with over 13 years experience in the recruitment industry. Roger has successfully fulfilled the recruitment needs of clients in a broad range of industries including the not for profit, public sector, and private sectors within Victoria. Roger has a wide range of candidate and industry contacts, understands what Clients need from their staff and also knows the right questions to ask to make sure candidates are suitable for the job. Roger is currently specialising in the placement of senior HR professionals within the fixed term/contract space.

Kayleigh Grimwade - Consultant


Kayleigh has gained experience working across the UK, New Zealand and Australian markets having 3 years of experience specialising in high volume recruitment for our Key Accounts and Preferred Suppliers. Kayleigh brings with her a strength in relationship building and networking, being on the committee of the SME networking association and hosting clients at Business Chicks and Woman in Business events. With a keen interest in HR, and looking to advance her studies with a Masters of HR Kayleigh recruits mid level HR professionals in fixed term and contract positions.

Jana Moniez - Team Coordinator


Jana is the Team Coordinator for Melbourne, providing support to the Melbourne and Brisbane offices whilst also coordinating and planning industry events. She draws on her 8 years of experience within hospitality and customer service to provide a tailored customer experience to both our candidates and clients. Jana originally commenced with HR Partners as an intern whilst studying her Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), and has now returned to further develop her HR career.
