David Owens - Managing Director

 

David Owens is the Managing Director and a founder of the HR Partners brand. David is based in Sydney and draws upon 25 years of recruitment industry experience across Australia and the UK. He is actively involved in recruitment activities and plays a substantial role in supporting senior search assignments. In 2014, HR Partners was acquired by Randstad and David is an integral member of the Randstad Leadership Team, playing a key role in leading and shaping the business. David manages the visibility of HR Partners in the Professional Services sector, where HR Partners has a major focus.

Annabel Hryniuk - Executive Assistant


Annabel support's Managing Director David Owens as well as our Melbourne and Brisbane Directors on all levels of executive support. Annabel also assists in marketing initiatives and strategies for HR Partners focusing on the online digital marketing space.

Stephanie Patoka - General Manager NSW

 

Stephanie Patoka has more than 13 years of recruitment experience, and has worked for HR Partners for the past 10 years as a specialist HR recruiter. She started her HR recruitment career in London with Digby Morgan UK, before transferring to our Sydney office where she has been for the past 8 years. She specialises in executive level search and has a breadth of experience partnering with clients in a full range of industries. Stephanie has a very personal professional approach and prides herself on delivering an exceptional service to her candidates and clients.

Melissa Khouri - Senior Consultant


With a degree in Human Resources, Melissa saw the importance of understanding the requirements of what a strong HR professional looks like from a technical perspective and how to match that with the right cultural fit within the Sydney market. She has now been with HR Partners for 4 years, and has successfully built a solid network of HR professionals within the market where she is very in touch with both the passive and active candidate pool. Melissa partners with the team to mentor them with talent pooling, finding the right candidates for the right role, and to build high quality, long term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Harriet Barclay - Senior Consultant


Harriet has extensive experience within HR Talent Acquisition and recruitment gained from the London and Sydney markets. She is dedicated to delivering business outcomes through HR solutions and is passionate about HR talent and the discipline as a whole. Her candidates and clients are at the centre of what she does and for her; the relationships built, the customer experience and a positive outcome is key. Harriet brings strong HR networks across financial and professional services and commerce and manages senior and executive appointments.

Carla Wilkinson - Consultant

 

Carla has over a years experience recruiting within the commercial I.T. and construction industries. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology, Carla has a passion for understanding the motivations and goals of her clients and candidates to make the right employment fit. Carla prides herself on providing great customer service and building meaningful relationships. Carla will be managing permanent and contract entry to mid level roles.

Fiona Campbell - Consultant

 

Fiona has a background in Sales & Marketing in the UK and Executive Recruitment within Government in Wellington,New Zealand. Moving to Sydney in February 2015 she has experience recruiting within Construction, Property and Engineering Industries. Having completed studies in HR in 2015 Fiona is passionate about the thriving HR market in Sydney and working with clients and candidates to offer great service and form strong partnerships. Fiona will be managing mid -senior hourly and daily rate contract and fixed term contract roles.

Stephanie Whitaker - Consultant

 

Stephanie has over 6 years recruitment experience in a variety of sectors and industries. She has successfully managed both temporary and permanent roles up to the senior level, and has worked both locally in Australia as well as the UK. Stephanie enjoys establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with her clients and candidates to provide exceptional service and exceed expectations. Stephanie's personal interest in the evolving world of work makes her a natural fit for HR Partners.

Kate McVicar - Consultant

 

Following the completion of her degree at Sydney University, Kate began her career in recruitment through Randstad's Graduate program. Kate now has a wealth of experience recruiting in the Western Sydney region, having previously recruited for both Government and Commercial clients across a span of industries. Kate is now based in HR Partner's Western Sydney Office, located in Parramatta CBD. Assisted by her continually expanding network within the region, Kate professional and diligent approach allows her to source the best candidates for Entry to Mid-Level HR roles in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

Jenny Le - Team Coordinator / Resourcer

 

Jenny supports the team in the Sydney office. Jenny enjoys learning from and working with the team in all aspects of recruitment as it is in her passion and strong interest to work in the HR industry. Jenny has just completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources.
