Liam and the People team partner with the Aurecon leadership team to execute culture change, organisational and leadership development strategies, and programmes. He is part of Aurecon's Future Ready team. He is also a board member for Wear for Success.

In 2017, Liam was a recipient of the Australian Financial Review BOSS magazine's ‘Young Executives of the Year’ Award, and received the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Dave Ulrich HR Leader Award in 2018.
