job description

Immediate start in a 3 months change project in a large For-Purpose organisation

  • support the change manager with high-level analysis in different areas
  • assist with workforce transition, training needs, issues arising from the change
  • strong analytics experience and Accreditation/certification in a Change Management methodology

The organisation:

Our valued for-purpose client has an opportunity to join them in an exciting project capacity as Change Analyst. In this job, you are looking after the people insights for the company, with a large spread workforce in Queensland a huge workforce.

The role:

In your new role, you make sure that the change manager is supported within the digital transformation to meet the business's ongoing needs and the end-users. The role is integral in the provision of technical system support for the wider Human Resources function, such as HR advisory and Recruitment.

Reporting to the Change Manager will get a knowledgeable manager who brings substantial experience across the HR Generalist space and within HR Analytics. Your new manager has a collaborative and transparent leadership style. There is a broader HR team that you will work closely together with as well.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed communication and training plans
  • Assist in change management and transition
  • Develop, maintain and support reporting, dashboards and data analysis utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
  • Conduct research, analyse data and present findings in a concise format.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality
  • Manage HRIS upgrade plans, analysis, testing, implementation and bug fixes.

About you:

  • Minimum is a previous experience in the HR analyst/data/systems space and in Change projects
  • Involved with systems improvements or implementations and you were working on the reporting
  • You are tech-savvy and diving into the different systems and getting out the right data is what makes you happy
  • National Police Certificate
  • Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
  • Accreditation is a Change Management methodology is highly desired
