The ER Advisor will play a key role in managing employee relations matters and ensuring adherence to Australian employment laws and regulations. You will provide high-quality advice to stakeholders and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to develop proactive solutions. This role will be supported by the ER lead, facilitating effective reporting and guidance.

Your role:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and relevant awards and agreements.
• Develop and implement employment policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Support managers in handling performance management issues and employee development plans.
• Facilitate training sessions on employment law, workplace behaviour, and conflict resolution.

What's required

• Min 2 years of experience in employment relations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Related tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a relevant field.
