An exciting opportunity has arisen within our network for a fantastic HR generalist to take on a 12 - 14 month contract in Sydney's West/South West.

About our client:

We have partnered with a multinational manufacturing firm with sites across Australia. With sustainability at the heart of its operations, you will join a small but collaborative HR function, reporting to the HR Manager and partner with site and regional managers across NSW & QLD.

About the role:

A 12m+ fixed term contract, the HR Advisor is a truly generalist position that supports business operations. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Conduct and lead ER/IR investigations
  • Guide managers through performance appraisal and grievance handling processes
  • Ad-hoc end to end recruitment
  • Management of employee lifecycle documentation
  • On-boarding and compliance to Australian Employment Standards
  • Consult managers and provide guidance on HR best practice
  • WHS policy review, documentation and compliance
  • Coordinating diversity & risk projects
  • HR reporting and analytics
