An opportunity for an experienced HR Analytics Manager to join a global organisation during an exciting time of change and growth.

The Opportunity

This role is key in partnering closely with the broader HR team to grow the people analytics and reporting function across the business. Reporting to the General Manager - HR Operations, you will support the global HR reporting function, helping leaders to identify actionable insights by providing analysis of HR related data.

  • Provide expert level consulting and management to identify and influence HR data supported decision making.
  • Increase the delivery of reporting available across the business.
  • Analysis of HR related data using BI tools and statistical means to communicate the actionable insights.
  • Implementation of self-service reporting tools and data management.
  • Ownership of existing HR reports to drive meaningful business results.
  • Identify trends and report results in data in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
  • Lead and manage the HR Reporting team
  • Coach the HR team on reporting and building partnerships with business stakeholders
  • Work to further advance the use of analytical techniques and statistical thinking across HR


  • 5 + years’ proven HR Analytics experience in complex HR reporting, metrics and analysis which enables a HR function and business to make decisions from insights.
  • Experience in systems implementation, particularly SuccessFactors, will be an advantage
  • Pragmatic, consultative and hands-on style with excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a small team
  • The ability to collaborate, influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business
