Your new organisation:

Our client, a highly regarded national organisation, is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the organisation full-time capacity. You will partner with the Stakeholders and Leadership team as they embark on the next stage of their incredible journey after a large merger with another global organisation. With 2 sides located on the North and East, this is a true generalist role supporting a direct report to the General Manager.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the General Manager, you will provide advice, guidance and leadership to your key stakeholders and client group to deliver generalist support across all pillars of Human Resources.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business
  • Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations in blue and white-collar
  • Provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business
  • Partner with key stakeholders across all areas of HR, including performance management, recruitment and retention, engagement and remuneration reviews
  • Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business.
  • Participate and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and change strategies when needed

The successful candidate will have considerable experience within a similar fast-paced, outcome-focused role/environment, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change positively, positively, and dynamically. You will be degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources, and previous experience working within the blue-collar sector will be highly regarded.
