Have you had exposure to Human Resources or ER, perhaps as a HR Administrator or similar? Looking for an opportunity that will provide you with hands-on experience to cement your career in the industry? If so this is your opportunity. This company has a track record of their HR consultants stepping up into HR Business Partner and similar roles.

As a HR consultant, you will be exposed to a variety of clients, helping to resolve their employee related issues. To ensure your success you will be provided with industry training and a mentor. Plus you will be working with a close knit supportive team of ER experts.

Your new role

As a member of the Employment Relations team you will be responsible for providing ER advice to businesses. This will involve;

  • Understanding our clients needs to provide solutions
  • Collaborating with your team to resolve the more complex HR issues
  • Continually seeking to expand your knowledge of ER and HR
  • Providing a customer focused approach

What you will need to be successful

A desire to establish yourself as a subject matter expert in Employment Relations and to further your career in Human Resources.

  • Desire to further develop your HR skills and knowledge
  • Understanding of and interest in Employment Relations
  • Be able to interpret a clients needs to provide the right solutions
