This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands on HR Manager to manage the HR function and be part of this medium sized professional business. Your role will support and advise the the business through transformational projects, overhauling HR policies and procedure to set them up for future success.

You will manage all HR activities within Australia including;

  • Risk Management
  • Performance Management and Policy
  • Learning and development
  • Recruitment and retention strategy
  • Headcount & Salary control

As part of this role you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, especially your senior internal clients
  • Coach leaders in your portfolio to achieve success through their people; conduct capability, performance, talent and culture reviews and map out future people plans
  • Partner on structural and business change and ensure effective change, communications and risk management plans are in place
  • Manage one direct report


You will be a tertiary-qualified, capable, operational HR generalist with change and transformation experience. To succeed in this role you will also have;

  • Experience in HR strategy and planning
  • Proven experience in building effective working relationships quickly
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Finally, you will bring a passion for working collaboratively as part of a team, strength in delivering to expectations and agreed timelines and have an innovative and creative way of thinking.
