This evolving organisation has diversified operations throughout Australia and have recently experienced exponential growth. This organisation is renowned for their expertise in the information technology and medical space. The organisation has an enviable reputation for the successful delivery of crucial platforms and products enabling so many businesses.

This newly created role requires an experienced HR Officer to work closely with the HR Manager to support operational and strategic objectives. You will work closely with the business to provide end to end HR support. Responsibilities will include:

  • Run end to end recruitment activities
  • Develop proactive talent pools and pipelines in line with business objectives
  • Provide assistance on performance discussions and processes
  • Provide interpretation of modern awards
  • Monitor and analyse HR information to ensure compliance
  • Provide generalist HR support including advice and coaching around employment conditions and HR processes
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance to processes
  • Liaise with clients both internally and externally to ensure a consistent high level of service delivery and support.

To be successful in this position you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years experience in generalist HR capacities. You will be a confident, proactive HR professional with an engaging style that will see you build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be comfortable working autonomously and will have the focus and passion to represent the organisation in the best manner to external parties and add value to this high performance organisation. Experience within the information technology industry will be highly advantageous. This role will initially be offered on a 3-6 month fixed term contract basis.
