job description

Our client, a prestigious club located in the south Eastern suburb of Melbourne, is looking for a HRBP to cover a leave for 3 months with a possibility of other career opportunities.

This role is a stand alone role, will work closely with management while going through some organizational changes.

Key responsibilities :

  • Salary benchmarking.
  • Scoping and redesigning position description.
  • Working closely with management.
  • Interpret EBA and Awards.
  • Basic administrative tasks.

Your skills & experience

  • 5 - 7 years experience in a HR role.
  • Have gone through a merger.
  • Able to work autonomously in a close-knit team environment
