An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a well-established company with a strong commitment to employee growth and development. An industry leader dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of this organisation.

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and drive HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support organisational growth by identifying talent gaps and assisting in workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a growing and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
