Position Summary

Reporting to the L&D Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the well-valued Learning and Development function within this professional services company. This is a true L&D position that will allow you to learn from the ground up, the in’s and out’s of practical Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad hoc administration support to the L&D manager

  • L&D inbox monitoring - triaging and responding to ad hoc requests

  • Collating and interpreting learning and development reports

  • Various ad hoc projects

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 Year’s administrative experience (with a strong desire for a career in Learning and Development)

  • Ability to work independently within a tight-knit team
