job description

  • Large National For-Purpose Organisation
  • Permanent Full-time Position with attractive Salary Package
  • Learning and Development role with Facilitation in a supportive team

Our client, a large well-known organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Training & Development Facilitator to partner with them in this varied position. Partnering closely with key stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team, you will be responsible for mapping out and delivering blended learning solutions across the organisation to meet business objectives.

About the organisation:

Working closely with the broader business to understand specific requirements, you will play an integral part in the mapping of and coordination of training and assessment materials and needed training for different roles and areas. You will report to the Learning and Capability Manager and foster strong relationships across the business. This includes both operational and corporate training and assessment requirements.

Key deliverables include:

  • Training needs analysis
  • Analysis of and mapping of training needed across the organisation
  • Provision of/and support in the maintenance of training and assessment records and material.
  • Development of training and assessment reports and matrices
  • Deliver and assess operational training as required.
  • Coordinate training requirements and maintain compliant records.
  • Instructional design tasks supporting organizational change and communication requirements

About you:

The successful candidate will bring with them a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. You have worked in a Training and Development position before and you have experience with training needs analysis. You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with the broader business to understand their training requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
