Our client is a very well known organisation, and looking for a National HR Manager to be based in Adelaide. They pride themselves on their people, their brand, and the alignment to market.

With a dual reporting line in the business and into HR, you will partner with all your client groups and stakeholders, especially with the site based senior leadership teams. Leading a small HR team, together you will deliver proactive and pragmatic HR leadership, support, advice and training across all areas of HR; performance management, learning/training, industrial and employee relations, employee engagement and culture, employee wellness and safety, remuneration and benefits.

Your role will be both strategic and hands on, influencing and implementing organizational People Strategy for the short and long term. This will bring partnership with the business, support for the business leaders, practical programs and practices for the organisation.

This role needs a HR leader with both strategic and hands-on sleeves rolled up approach to partnering with the business. Ideally, with a background of implementing change management, successfully rolling out multiple people initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery of people practices for the full HR lifecycle.

  • Champion and develop programs for employee wellness and culture/engagement
  • Support stakeholders Australia wide, understanding legislative differences in each state
  • Develop and implement programs to support organizational leadership capability
  • Experience in change management

You will be an experienced senior HR leader, with experience in manufacturing or managing blue and white collar workforces at a national level. The best fit style for this role is a practical, pragmatic and people centric HR leader, where genuine relationships are formed, and credibility earned as a trusted HR leader. Qualifications preferable in HR, Psychology, Employment Law or related discipline. Experience in working with a national remit, and similar level role essential.
