recruitment advisor - internal in Melbourne

Our client, leaders in the government infrastructure industry, is currently looking for experienced Recruitment Advisors to join their growing team. You will thrive on working in a high performing environment and play a pivotal role in delivering best practice end to end recruitment and talent attraction to join them in delivering an innovative infrastructure project that will help to shape Melbourne. This will be a combination of working from home and in the office as required.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Recruitment and partnering with the People and Culture branch in providing support to the Corporate Services Division to deliver best practice end to end recruitment and talent attraction and contribute to the broader people strategy by driving innovative and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• End to end recruitment activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Managing and coordinating compliance on boarding processes
• Regular recruitment reporting and education on best practice recruitment processes.

To be successful

You will be an experienced end to end recruiter with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships quickly. You have a genuine interest in supporting leaders to find the best talent for their teams, whilst being able to work with some challenging job briefs.
