This is a great opportunity for an experienced Rem Specialist to join a national organisation on an initial FTC.

The Opportunity

This national company is looking for an experienced Rem Specialist to join their broader team and provide specialist subject matter expertise for an upcoming project.

It requires someone with a commercial attitude to manage a project to deliver a simplified incentive structure for the business, which includes a sales commission/incentive and incentives for other roles across the business.

  • High Level Incentive/Commission Framework
  • Change Management Plan
  • Assisting/Directing the cost modelling of proposed changes
  • Detailed design of Incentive/Commission Plans
  • Key Stakeholder engagement throughout the process
  • Execution of the change plan
  • Writing of board papers

You

The project requires an experienced Rem professional who can conceptually design commission/incentive structure and plans and manage the associated change/engagement process.

  • 5-8 years’ Rem&Ben experience with experience in incentive structure projects
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Agile, flexible, resilient and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business along with the broader HR team
