This organisation has a reputation for excellence in the Australian services industry. The role of the HR Professional in this organisation is focussed on high level business partnering initiatives.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will see you support various corporate services teams in the establishment of a new division for the organisation. You will support a high performance culture through consultation with business managers and HR colleagues. This role will see you:

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice to corporate team members with varying degrees of seniority.
  • Support the delivery of strategic people initiatives, business unit restructures, cultural transformation, Talent / succession planning, workforce planning and capability development.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and strategic HR leadership to proactively plan and pre-empt outcomes.
  • Assist with the creation and grading of PD’s across the new division ensuring consistency and parity in the process.
  • Work with the broader business to ensure communications, strategies and structures are in place to support the division.

This role will suit a confident self starter with at least 5 years experience in a corporate environment preferably from a financial services or IT industry. You will understand the commercial requirements of a service driven business and will enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.

Your work history will be characterised by your ability to get in and roll your sleeves up when required, working as a true business partner, working proactively with the broader team to ensure the successful outcomes of projects. Your tertiary qualifications in HR will provide you with the skills to ensure your success.
