job description

Our client is a leading media company, integral to the daily lives of Australians. Currently undergoing an exciting growth phase, they are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team. This organisation offers an outstanding culture, strong team tenure, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate and advise managers on workforce planning, performance management, organisational change, compliance and employee relations to ensure organisation effectiveness
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and the wider People & Culture team on people initiatives and strategies
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with key managers in the division while staying informed about their current business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing your own client group or similar
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation
