job description

Our Banking and Finance client are currently recruiting a Senior Organisational Development Consultant specialising in Talent Development and Leadership Capability to join the Talent team. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be providing expert advice and service in the areas of Leadership Development, Diversity, and Inclusion, and building organisation-wide capabilities.

You will make a difference by driving the implementation of a newly created leadership development strategy, as well as working with an external consultancy for the delivery of a Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the organisation.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Execute and champion the newly created leadership development framework for all levels of management and leadership
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and value of the leadership programs through analysis of successfully changed behaviours
  • Facilitate leadership and management programs where required
  • Manage leadership development supplier relationships and contractual obligations
  • Consult with business stakeholders around broad talent development needs
  • Play a key role in the implementation of the organisations Diversity and Inclusion strategy

To be successful in this role you will have; a talent development background with strong experience working in leadership development and previous experience driving diversity and inclusion strategies across an organisation. You will have strong data management and analysis capability and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will also have experience in group facilitation, presentation and design, and coaching and debriefing.
