job description

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant in this global company, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making the offer. The team you will join is dynamic and organises different team events throughout the year. Currently, this business is working on a hybrid model working in the office and from home.

In this role, you will be recruiting for locations all over Australia and use different creative recruitment strategies to find the right talent. You will be involved in different strategies linked to securing the best talent, like creating the EVP. You are responsible for liaising with senior managers and directors of the business to take the job brief and advise and consult on the current market.

To be successful in this position you have several years of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You are skilled in managing the expectations of senior stakeholders and have a passion for candidate management.
