My client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for one of Australia’s leading companies. . This role will be delivering on the Global HR strategy of ‘Right people, with the right capabilities in the right roles’ & provide a highly professional and high quality recruitment service across the region.

You will be responsible for identifying and attracting the best talent in the market. This role is full-cycle recruiting while collaborating with key stakeholders to consult and advise on sourcing strategies as well as working on the Employee Value Proposition .

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities within the Finance space across the APAC region.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, business models and strategic priorities.
  • Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on appropriate candidate selection and evaluation techniques, ensuring an overall effective hire.
  • Collaborate cross-culturally with key retained and contingency search firms, as well as relevant professional industry groups and associations.
  • Work on recruitment projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Advise the business on sourcing strategies to meet predicted future skills needs, general work force planning needs, and on current vacancies.

Provide value add by applying functional knowledge, experience and judgement to achieve solutions which support delivery of cost effective, accurate and timely recruitment

About you:

  • Ideally a minimum of 4 years recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency/search firm role
  • Experience recruiting a variety of white collar roles/blue collar (high volume) including at senior-level
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Previously recruited roles in HR , finance , office support & supply chain.
  • Previously lead a piece of work to develop the company employee value proposition, branding and advertising to attract and retain the best talent.
