Our growing and innovative client working within the Health sector has created this new permanent part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist position, located in Malvern. In this job, you are the go-to person for all things Talent related. You will be recruiting for positions nationally and in your downtime, you get to work on all the fun projects that will help them to go through the ambitious plans of growth.

This is a newly created position and the first of its kind in the organisation, so a massive chance to make it your own. This is a Part-time, 3 days a week role with a Hybrid working environment so there is flexibility to meet your work/life balance requirements.

Reporting to the Director, you will get to join this fast paced growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you work closely together with all levels of the business. They are a high-performing team that has innovation at the core of what they do.

Key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Partnering with the business to understand their recruitment needs and lead sourcing campaigns nationally.
  • Advising on the best go-to-market channel strategies and messaging to attract talent across the organisation.
  • Be the brand ambassador for the organisation and continuously develop the employer brand.
  • Developing recruitment practices to identify talent that align with their culture and ways of working, and enables advancements in diversity and inclusion
  • Building a talent pipeline for key business roles

As mentioned before, you will play a key role in shaping the talent function. What we are looking for as a minimum is previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or an agency recruiter who ran a professionals (low volume, high touch) desk. You are passionate about building a brand, building relationships and truly partnering with your hiring managers. Candidate care is what you pride yourself on.
