A fast growing company in Sydney CBD is looking to expand their team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a perfect opportunity for an experianced recruiter to further develop their skills and professionalise in recruitment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Work closely with all the hiring managers in the company to ensure the right recruitment methodologies are used
  • Sourcing candidates by using different sourcing strategies
  • Conducting phone screenings
  • Advise the hiring managers on applicants that are suitable
  • Gaining credibility and trust of the hiring managers by building relationships

To be successful in this role you ideally have experience in recruitment in a recruitment agency and relevant experience working in a professional services organisation. Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the firm are needed for this role as well.
