the session
Hyper-personalisation of work means focussing on the working style and relationship that most engages your people. Whilst we are all very familiar with the concept of remote or hybrid working, the key to its success is the leaders ability to personalise work to each individual.
Findex has recently been recognised as a Top 100 Graduate Employer and been a finalist in the best Remote working strategy. Jane Betts (Chief People Officer) will bring some of her insights coupled with Findex’s research into what people are expecting from their workplace and why it is imperative you, your leaders and your organisation are ready to strike the right balance of connection and autonomy.
