virtual event: the futures of work

The HR now virtual event series brings together the HR community and Australia’s leading industry experts.

the session

The future (of work) is already here, just unevenly distributed (Gibson, 2003)

What if 4 days became the new 5? What if a ‘skilled’ workforce required brains and bots? What if 90+ year old employees became the norm? What if organisations became the new universities? What if our ‘workforce’ was no longer a club exclusive to humans?

Join Katrina Symons to explore:

o What ‘is’ the future of work?

o How does it happen?

o So what? Now what? What does this mean for you, today?
