Our client, a globally recognised, iconic brand, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team in Sydney on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This is a true generalist role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Executive team and Senior Leaders, offering expert guidance across all areas of People & Culture. You’ll provide strategic HR support through a mix of day-to-day responsibilities and project work
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership, providing your expertise and consulting across the employee life cycle
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops
- Guide, coach and support managers throughout the application of HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate and manage employee lifecycle activities for your business unit (performance and salary reviews, talent and succession planning, onboarding/offboarding, reward and recognition)
- Support with the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies
The successful candidate will have generalist experience and be able to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be confident in having difficult conversations and managing employee relations. You will have strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
