Are you an Elmo Savvy HR Operations Coordinator looking for your next contract within the financial services space? HR Partners are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Operations Coordinator to join our client on a 12 month parental leave contract.
Based between their North Sydney and Parramatta office (with 2 days work from home), you'll join a supportive team and have the scope to contribute to shaping HR processes within a growing organisation.
What You'll Do:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage essential HR administrative workflows including preparing offer letters, coordinating on-boarding, and processing off-boarding.
- HR System & Data Management: Take ownership of day-to-day HRIS (ELMO) inquiries, maintaining data integrity across all HR systems. This includes advanced Excel skills for HR reporting and analytical purposes.
- Operational Support: Address tier-one HR inquiries, provide support for engagement surveys, gender pay gap reporting, and remuneration reviews.
What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrated ability to confidently manage a broad range of HR administrative tasks.
- Proficient in ELMO HRIS
- Confident in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience in complex spreadsheet management highly regarded)
