Are you an experienced HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor ready to take the next step in your generalist HR career? We’re partnering with a well-established small-to-medium sized business, supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees across both blue- and white-collar roles.
Join a down-to-earth, supportive HR team that plays a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly. This is a true generalist opportunity with plenty of variety and ownership across key HR functions.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Coordinating and managing the HR inbox and day-to-day administration
Running end-to-end performance and remuneration review processes
Supporting the delivery of inductions and onboarding
Generating regular HR reporting and maintaining HR data via Workday
Supporting the business with generalist advice and process coordination
Helping lead cyclical processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce planning
About you:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor role
Exposure to both blue- and white-collar environments – ideally construction, manufacturing, or government
Confident managing HR administration, reporting, and inbox coordination
Previous experience using Workday HRIS is essential
Strong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
