As part of a dynamic HR team of six HR Business Partners reporting to the Head of Operations, this 6 month contract offers a very exciting opportunity to contribute to an exciting period of change and transformation. You will work closely with leaders across the business to drive performance, employee relations, and workplace transformation, playing a key role in HR functions.

This role will be part of a collaborative, supportive environment with a fantastic team culture, with the flexibility to work from home twice a week, and benefit from on site parking. This role offers a perfect balance of impactful work and work life flexibility!

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR support across performance management, development, retention, and employee relations

  • Support organisational change, including restructures, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR matters including capability development, policy, and compliance

  • Manage complex employee relations cases with fairness, empathy, and best-practice processes

  • Use HR metrics and insights to influence operational and strategic decision-making

  • Present HR updates at leadership meetings and contribute to planning discussions

What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a complex or medium-sized organisation

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and workplace legislation (ER/IR)

  • Ideally experience in supporting change management or transformation projects

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during a period of change and be part of an organisation with a great supportive culture!
