job description

HR Partners are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded food manufacturing organisation to find a dynamic HR Business Partner to support two key NSW sites. With a strong national presence and a focus on continuous improvement, this business is driven by its values and committed to developing its people.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with operations leadership, deliver strategic HR initiatives, and help shape culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a true partner to operational leaders, providing strategic and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and development
  • Coach and support leaders to build high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability, leadership capability, and talent development
  • Lead workforce planning, labour deployment, and succession planning initiatives across both sites, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters in line with best practice and applicable industrial frameworks, including supporting EBA negotiations and union engagement
  • Drive engagement initiatives at a local level, using data and feedback to develop targeted action plans and influence positive cultural change
  • Oversee and support learning and development activities, including individual development plans, capability assessments, and on-site training
  • Lead or support change management initiatives, organisational projects, and broader people-related transformations within the business
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing by embedding safe work practices and contributing to a culture where people and food safety come first
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partnering role, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Strong understanding of ER/IR frameworks, including enterprise agreements
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Passion for coaching and supporting frontline leaders
  • A natural relationship-builder with solid commercial and operational acumen

If you're looking to grow your HR career in a hands-on, business-facing role with real influence—this is it. Please apply NOW!

At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
