job description

HR Partners is representing a global name in manufacturing for a standalone HR Manager ANZ role based in Mount Druitt. This role will lead the HR function for ANZ covering the full employee lifecyle both at an operational and strategic level and reporting into the Region MD and business partnering with key stakeholders while having a seat at the leadership table.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Lead and direct the HR function for our ANZ operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Manage payroll (oversee payroll), compliance, and performance management processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change.
  • In-depth knowledge of ANZ employment legislation.
