job description

HR Partners is proud to be partnering with a global digital brand that has been delivering innovative process outsourcing and customer communication solutions to some of Australia's most prominent government and corporate organisations for over 35 years.

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across NSW and ACT. Based at Moorebank, this hands-on generalist role offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations.

As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the implementation and management of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in line with business and compliance requirements.
  • Partnering with General Managers and department leaders to proactively address organisational needs.
  • Managing the full HR remit: employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, remuneration, industrial relations, health & safety, and engagement.
  • Coaching leaders on performance, change, and workforce planning.
  • Leading and mentoring the NSW HR team to deliver high-impact support.
  • Collaborating with the national WHS Advisor and local managers on safety initiatives and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably within a mid-to-large organisation, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven experience leading a small HR team at a managerial level.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, awards, Enterprise Agreements, and union engagement.
  • A collaborative leadership style with excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
  • A compliance-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills—particularly in Excel and Word.

If you're a skilled HR professional ready to take the next step in your career, apply now to join this fast-moving, forward-thinking organisation.

At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
