job description

HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with a healthcare company for a newly created HR Manager role in Parramatta (onsite role with some ad hoc flexibility). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and leading one direct report; you will lead HR practices, talent development and management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. You'll partner with business leaders, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Drive employee engagement and lead direct report.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience, with 2+ in a strategic role (health care or medical preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR and WHS laws.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
