Are you a seasoned HR professional looking to step into a true business partnering role with a dynamic and fast-paced business? We’re seeking a confident and capable HR Business Partner to join a growing team in Parramatta, supporting both blue- and white-collar employee groups.

Your impact:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to HR expert for operational and strategic support across a broad range of HR activities. From employee relations and performance management to workforce planning and engagement, you’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders to build capability and deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with frontline leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and coaching
  • Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance improvement plans
  • Support workforce planning initiatives including forecasting, skills analysis, and succession planning
  • Oversee and guide recruitment and onboarding processes for both blue- and white-collar roles in partnership with the Talent team
  • Interpret Awards, EBAs and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Design and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies tailored to diverse workforce needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and policy updates
  • Support change management initiatives including restructures, cultural programs, and business transformation projects
  • Collaborate on learning & development and leadership capability-building initiatives

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Background in mixed or blue-collar environments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, Award interpretation and EBA management
  • End to end ER experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
