senior hr coordinator/ junior hr advisor in Liverpool

Are you an experienced HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor ready to take the next step in your generalist HR career? We’re partnering with a well-established small-to-medium sized business, supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees across both blue- and white-collar roles.

Join a down-to-earth, supportive HR team that plays a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly. This is a true generalist opportunity with plenty of variety and ownership across key HR functions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries

• Coordinating and managing the HR inbox and day-to-day administration

• Running end-to-end performance and remuneration review processes

• Supporting the delivery of inductions and onboarding

• Generating regular HR reporting and maintaining HR data via Workday

• Supporting the business with generalist advice and process coordination

• Helping lead cyclical processes like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce planning

About you:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR Coordinator or Junior Advisor role

• Exposure to both blue- and white-collar environments – ideally construction, manufacturing, or government

• Confident managing HR administration, reporting, and inbox coordination

• Previous experience using Workday HRIS is essential

• Strong communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
