We’re excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join a high-performing internal recruitment team supporting a national workforce.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on volume recruitment across multiple blue-collar sites — think 30+ active vacancies at any given time. You'll be part of a collaborative team where you can contribute your ideas, build strong stakeholder relationships, and truly make your mark.

About the Role

TA Officer: Manages end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, liaising directly with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.
You’ll be part of a small but mighty team of three and report to a Head of TA who leads national recruitment and values initiative, clarity, and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • High-volume recruitment – managing 30+ roles at any one time
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Supporting on-site inductions and relationship-building with hiring managers
  • Maintaining strong candidate pipelines using tech and ATS platforms
  • Supporting internal training when required (not owning L&D – just facilitating sessions)
  • Contributing to an evolving and maturing recruitment function
  • Supporting recruitment and compliance for blue-collar roles across multiple sites

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency) – ideally blue-collar
  • Ability to work at pace, juggle competing priorities and own your day
  • Strong communicator – clear, confident, and able to build rapport
  • Tech-savvy – experience using ATS or HRIS platforms (Salesforce experience a bonus)
  • A team mindset with a self-driven, “just tell me what you need” approach
  • Someone who can flex between day-to-day delivery and strategic thinking when needed
