HR Partners is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded organisation in Macquarie Park to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career pathways.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles. You’ll work closely with leaders to develop talent strategies that meet business needs while championing candidate experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to scope workforce needs and create effective, scalable recruitment campaigns
  • Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across multiple regions and role types
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs, especially for graduate, entry-level positions
  • Oversee all recruitment stages, from advertising to onboarding, with a strong focus on candidate care
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Support broader People & Culture initiatives, including employer branding and process improvements

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within early careers or aged care
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of compliance and relevant employment standards in the care or education space
