We've got a Human Resource Advisor contract opportunity with a QLD Government organisation, based on the Gold Coast!

As a HR Advisor, you will deliver high-quality HR services. You will support workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performance and conduct matters, and staff development initiatives!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary processes

  • Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding activities

  • Deliver HR briefings and presentations to staff and leadership

  • Undertake research and analysis of legislation and HR trends

  • Support organisational development, culture, and workforce capability initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders


About you:

  • Expereince providing human resource management services and advice to leaders within an operational envrionement
