This national early childcare organisation, with multiple centres across Australia, is seeking a Workplace Relations Specialist to join a supportive team with room for growth opportunities! Be part of an organisation where your contributions truly matter, focusing on managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and industrial relations issues.

  • Support and manage workplace conflict resolution and coaching for managers.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, including Fair Work and Workplace Health and Safety.

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy and cultural initiatives.

  • Manage employee casework, including disciplinary actions and performance management.

  • Contribute to policy development and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in workplace relations, employee performance management, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to manage complex cases and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
